Our larger room is set up for the children in Red Squirrels and is shared by the Grey Squirrels during different times of the day. This space is where the children engage in group activities such as circle time, snack time and lunch time. This room encourages the children to make their own choices and to follow their interests with all resources available at child level. The children are encouraged to promote self help skills such as hand washing, going to the toilet independently (although staff are always on hand to help) and self serving their own snack.
